Key Account Manager

Base: £30,000–£40,000 | OTE: Up to £70,000

Location: Manchester-based with national travel

We’re seeking an experienced Strategic / Key Account Manager to manage and expand key national accounts. You’ll work closely with executive-level stakeholders, driving long-term relationships and revenue growth within a business that’s scaling rapidly and shaping the future of its sector. We're looking for hungry, goal driven, motivated people with a passion for people and networking!

What we’re looking for :

  • 4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience
  • Demonstrated success in strategic selling and managing large accounts
  • Experience in HR software, recruitment, professional development, or SaaS
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at C-suite level
