In order to continue growth in this rapidly expanding area we are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager. We are looking for a team player who embodies our values and who wants to develop and manage a client portfolio, take on new challenges and continually innovate.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK.

What You Will Do

  • Consult with end customers (cleaning and facilities management companies) to identify and qualify sales opportunities for TVC
  • Collaborate with other Key Account Managers and Customer Success to develop a business plan to achieve growth targets
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline of potential new customers and develop compelling offers based on their needs
  • Lead end-to-end sales process including contract negotiation and closing deals while managing a customer portfolio ensuring contract renewals, extensions and upsells
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and offer technical expertise and industry insight enhancing sales effectiveness
  • Ensure proper deployment in new sites along with Customer Success and installation partners
  • Drive customer adoption so they fully leverage the benefits of the system and ensure high client satisfaction
  • Be a link between customer needs and future evolution of the solution
  • Seek referrals from existing customers to create new opportunities

Who You Are

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales experience with new and innovative products
  • Experience of selling cleaning solutions, working with a technical offering or working in a soft services environment
  • Experience with senior level negotiations
