As a Key Account Manager, you will:

• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key accounts
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Analyse account performance and strategize for improvement
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders
• Report on account health and forecast future sales potential
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of the Manufacturing & Production industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Full UK driving licence required

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)

• Experience in a leadership or mentoring role
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
