Responsibilities
  • Attending offsite customer visits to build strong relationships and upsell products

  • Maintain strong communication with branch managers, keeping them involved in the sales process

  • To generate new business through cold outreach and lead generation, which will contribute to year on year sales growth

  • To update Salesforce regularly, ensuring all information is accurate and recorded

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm. This role is remote and you will be expected to travel regularly in North, West or South London.

Requirements
  • Previous account management experience in the industry

  • To be able to manage complex issues, deliver results and work well with a wider team

  • Experience in building a sales territory plan

  • Solid knowledge in the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry
