  • Growing sales through genuine relationships, industry knowledge, and service excellence.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Visiting the Cambridgeshire HQ a couple of times a week to collaborate, learn, and taste what's new.
About You
  • You've worked in hospitality, catering, or foodservice perhaps as a chef, restaurant manager, or buyer and you're looking to take that knowledge into a more commercial role.
  • You're naturally curious, personable, and love talking food.
  • You can manage your time, think strategically, and build long-term partnerships.
  • You're happy to travel your patch and get out meeting customers face-to-face.
  • Experience in account management or sales is a bonus, but a genuine passion for food and people is what matters most.
What's On Offer
  • Competitive basic (depending on experience)
  • Staff discount, and access to an incredible range of fresh produce and artisan foods.
  • 29 days holiday, pension, wellbeing programme, and company events.
  • The chance to join a supportive, passionate team who love what they do.
