Key Responsibilities
  • Target & Empower Coaches: You will build your portfolio of coaches by scouting, reaching out, pitching and convincing them to partner with Lenus.
  • Guiding Health Coaches: Manage and support a portfolio of 1520 health and fitness coaches, helping them grow their businesses sustainably and positively impact their clients' lives.
  • Enabling Business Growth: Collaborate on strategies that blend innovative marketing, smart sales tactics and tailored business development initiatives to enhance our coaches' impact.
  • Building Partnerships: Foster trust‑based relationships with coaches that go beyond transactions, making you their go‑to collaborator.
  • Ensuring Quality Excellence: Coordinate and manage projects precisely, participate in key meetings and deliver exceptional service in line with Lenus' commitment to quality.
Qualifications
  • Sales and Growth Advocate: 2 years of experience in sales account management and business development.
  • Digital and Social Media Enthusiast: Experience in social media marketing is a plus but not required; we will help you grow these skills!
  • Collaborative Innovator: You approach challenges with creativity and teamwork, thinking like a co‑founder invested in your partner's success.
  • Exceptional Relationship Builder: You thrive in creating connections and fostering partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.

The Team

Join our dynamic London Key Account Management team where you'll collaborate with a driven group of professionals including a dedicated Team Lead and six experienced Key Account Managers. Together we are passionate about helping online coaches grow and scale their businesses.

You'll work cross‑functionally with our Inbound Sales, Branding and Paid Marketing teams to create impactful strategies and deliver exceptional results. With access to a wealth of knowledge and mentorship from seasoned KAMs this is your chance to make a tangible difference while advancing your career in an inspiring and supportive environment.
