THE ROLE:

As the Key Account Manager for the aesthetics division, you will be responsible for championing a holistic portfolio of scientifically developed aesthetic solutions-including lifting threads, hyaluronic acid-based revitalisers, volume-restoring gels, multi-level chemical peels, and skin tone-balancing treatments. Your focus will be on selling these solutions to private aesthetic practices-namely plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and practice owners-across East London, Kent, Essex, and Surrey. You will leverage strategic new business skills to identify, engage, and grow these accounts with autonomy, drive, and determination.

THE PERSON:

We're looking for someone who is:

* Highly skilled in B2B new business sales

* Preferably with a science or healthcare-related background, as scientific evidence underpins the sales methodology

* Autonomous, tenacious, energetic, hard-working, and new-business driven-hungry to win and build lasting partnerships

* Determined, resilient, and commercially astute, with the ability to build credibility with specialist clinicians

THE PACKAGE:

* Basic salary: £50,000 - £60,000

* On-target earnings: £13,000 plus uncapped commission

* Additional incentives: £2,700 per quarter

* Equipment provided: laptop and phone

* Annual leave: 25 days, plus statutory holidays

* Business mileage allowance
