The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through creating and managing customer relationships through sales achievement, situational problem solving, and comprehensive account management.
On a typical day you will:
- Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers
- Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries
- Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability
- Use Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time
- Monitor contract deployment rigorously, relying on the Strategic Clients structure
- Train Otis operational teams on the market segment
- Conduct market and segment studies
- Organize and present client reviews (offer review, 360° review)
- Lead meetings with the Executive Committee on strategic issues
- Propose innovations and marketing projects
- Build strong relationships with clients and manage the relationship plan with top management and OA lead
- Track OST sales and ensure OST sales growth
- Lead presentations, workshops, internally or with clients and/or prospects
- Animate the network and follow up on action plans when needed
What you will need to be successful:
- You have some experiences in the sale of technical products requiring customer consultation
- You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills
- You have strong commercial contract experience
- You have strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
- You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
- Ideally have relevant lift industry experience
