Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Assisting the sales team in converting sales leads through effective costing and quotations for the US Market.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system
- Preparing and distributing sales reports and analyses to support data-driven decision‑making
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and presentations for the sales team
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills :
- Essential experience within Senior Operations / Sales / Business development / Account Management role with Travel
- Working with costings and quotations for Itineraries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
