Your primary responsibilities will include :
  • Assisting the sales team in converting sales leads through effective costing and quotations for the US Market.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system
  • Preparing and distributing sales reports and analyses to support data-driven decision‑making
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and presentations for the sales team
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills :
  • Essential experience within Senior Operations / Sales / Business development / Account Management role with Travel
  • Working with costings and quotations for Itineraries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
