The Key Account Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Key Account Team and acts as an internal contact for our most valued retail partners. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of large accounts, focusing on accurate order fulfilment, proactive communication, and effective problem resolution to support revenue growth and strong client relationships.
Proven experience in a B2B administrative, sales support, or key account coordination role. Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience working with CRM/ERP software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal stakeholders and external senior client contacts. A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
