Are you a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer with expertise in heavy plant or material handling equipment? We are seeking a multiskilled professional to join our team, working on forklifts, stackers, and straddle carriers. If you have a strong background in hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, along with proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills, including CANBUS systems and electrical wiring diagrams, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on forklifts, stackers, and straddle carriers.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults in hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, including CANBUS systems and electrical wiring diagrams.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while working on-site at client locations.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and improve service delivery.

Day-to-Day
  • Travel to client sites to perform maintenance and repairs.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain work carried out and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies.
