Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include HNC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and SVQ Level 2 & 3.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG industry is preferred but not essential.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental risks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant equipment in the keg plant.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards while ensuring production goals.
• Monitor KPIs including quality, hygiene, waste, and efficiency.
