The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Justice Caseworker to join our clients team delivering the HMPPS Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) programme across the South East. This role involves supporting participants both in custody and within the community, helping them to overcome barriers to resettlement and guiding them towards sustainable employment and independence.

As a CFO Support Worker, you will manage a caseload of participants with complex needs, providing tailored interventions, advice, and guidance. Youll play a crucial role in supporting individuals rehabilitation journeys by helping them to build confidence, gain skills, and achieve personal and professional milestones.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about empowering others, promoting social mobility, and contributing to meaningful change in peoples lives. The role is split between HMP Bullingdon and Oxford / Bicester Community Hubs.
