Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd in Warwickshire is recruiting a Junior Vehicle Build Technician to work on bespoke classic 4x4 vehicles, taking donor cars through to finished builds. You’ll gain hands-on experience alongside experienced technicians and develop practical mechanical skills.

This permanent, full-time role offers a 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, overtime, and a friendly workshop environment with training and development opportunities to progress in automotive craftsmanship.

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Previous experience with classic vehicles not essential.
• Welding/fabrication experience or automotive qualification would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Stripping donor vehicles.
• Cleaning and assessing components.
• Chassis, suspension & drivetrain builds.
• Bodywork assembly.
• Fitting wiring looms, trim & lighting.
• Fitting mechanical and galvanised components.
• Keeping build records updated.
• Maintaining a clean, organised workshop.
• Occasional driving to suppliers and other facilities.

A growing specialist automotive business is looking for a Junior Vehicle Build Technician to join its workshop team.

You’ll work on bespoke classic 4x4 vehicles, taking them from donor condition through to finished build.

THE ROLE

As a Junior Vehicle Build Technician, you'll work alongside experienced technicians and develop your practical mechanical skills.

You’ll be involved in:

• Stripping donor vehicles
• Cleaning and assessing components
• Chassis, suspension & drivetrain builds
• Bodywork assembly
• Fitting wiring looms, trim & lighting
• Fitting mechanical and galvanised components
• Keeping build records updated
• Maintaining a clean, organised workshop
• Occasional driving to suppliers and other facilities
