As a Junior User Experience Designer, you will be joining the growing and exciting AI & Digital Factory community who are continually sharing knowledge and expertise. We are all passionate about user centred design, critical thinking, problem solving and designing and building digital services and products.
As part of your role, you will also contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
At least 1 year of experience in a User Experience Designer role or working in a design‑focused role in a professional setting.
You will be part of a supportive UCD community, paired with a mentor who will invest in your development. You will work together to expand your skills in this profession. Our User Experience Designers champion inclusive design practices throughout our project lifecycles, ensuring solutions are accessible to as many users as possible. This includes engaging with diverse user research, applying accessibility guidelines and legislation, and advocating for inclusive design principles in your deliverables.
