In this dynamic role, you'll help deliver safe, effective and compassionate care that supports same-day discharge, prevents avoidable admissions, and keeps patient flow moving across the hospital.
Working collaboratively amongst an experienced and supportive multi-disciplinary team--from primary care, emergency medicine and specialty teams--you'll ensure patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
You'll provide autonomous evidenced based care, delivering advice and treatment to adults and children with minor injuries/minor illness, and a wide range of complex, urgent or undifferentiated conditions.
You will also play an important part in initiating the onward referral of patients; being able to recognise and manage patient pathways for patients who may require further intervention or specialist referral to inpatient, outpatient or community-based teams
Step into a role where your clinical judgement, curiosity, and compassion truly matter.
