Trinity Laban invites applications for the Junior Trinity Programme Manager role at King Charles Court, Greenwich. You will lead operational delivery, scheduling and timetabling, and coordinate concerts and student/staff recruitment for the Junior Trinity programme as part of our Children & Young People’s Music Programme.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree-level with strong music/education admin experience.
• Experience in team, budget and project management.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proficient IT skills and ability to manage a busy workload.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational delivery of Junior Trinity, including scheduling and timetabling.
• Plan concerts and events; recruit students and staff.
• Develop initiatives and partnerships within Trinity Laban and externally.
• Maintain relationships with external funding bodies; manage practical issues.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Officer and ensure safeguarding compliance.
