Job summary

PIB Group is seeking a Junior Group Treasury Analyst in London to support daily cash management, liquidity monitoring and forecasting. You will help maintain banking records, prepare treasury reports and assist with FX transactions while gaining exposure to treasury operations and risk management.

The role offers structured training, broad stakeholder exposure and a hybrid working pattern from our London office as part of a growing Group Treasury team.

Qualifications

• Graduates: degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, business, engineering or a related discipline.
• Apprentices: A-levels, BTEC or equivalent.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good Excel skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organization, communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn.

PIB Group The Role – Junior Group Treasury Analyst

Our Group Treasury Team are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our growing team in London! The Junior Group Treasury Analyst will support the team in managing the Group's cash, banking and treasury activities. The role provides broad exposure to treasury operations, cash forecasting, banking systems, foreign exchange and treasury reporting. The successful candidate will receive structured training and development while gaining practical experience working with finance teams, banking partners and senior stakeholders across the Group. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a professional career in treasury, corporate finance and financial risk management within a leading Insurance Group.
