This role holder supports the Group Smiths Excellence Training Team. The role involves the design and development of digital media assets and contents for our online training solutions, wellbeing initiatives and communications, provided to internal customers. The role holder will be proficient in technical skills designing and developing digital media assets including eLearning, video, graphics, 3D modelling, animation and gamification of learning.
The role holder will directly support and advise the Senior Manager for Training & Documentation. This role will be key in delivering on the Learning & Development requirements of our worldwide target audiences and across a variety of different market sectors ensuring content is aligned with the Smiths Groups global standards and policies. Designing User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for learning platforms, classroom delivery and different digital learning contents, the holder of this role will be involved in shaping the look and feel of Smiths Excellences communications and learning solutions. The role holder will also support in the innovative design of Smiths Excellence classroom training packages and wellbeing training initiatives designing graphics and multimedia to support this content where required.
