Watch Reserve is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Junior to Mid-Level Marketing Manager to scale our paid advertising and elevate our brand across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google.
This is a rare chance to work directly with high-value luxury watches, premium branding, and a growing base of high-net-worth clients while developing your skills inside a fast-scaling startup.

Watch Reserve specializes in sourcing and selling rare, investment-grade luxury watches from brands including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and more. With deep connections to collectors and dealers, we provide a discreet, appointment-only service from our private showroom in Canary Wharf.
We combine horology expertise with premium digital marketing—and you’ll play a key role in growing that brand.
What You’ll Do
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Test and scale creatives, audiences, formats, and funnels
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise for ROAS, CPL, and conversions
- Manage ongoing A/B testing (ads, landing pages, and funnels)
Pixel & Tracking Management
- Install, configure, and maintain:
- Meta Pixel
- Google Tag / GA4
- TikTok Pixel
- LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Track events, conversions, behaviours, and attribution
- Ensure data accuracy across landing pages and Typeforms
Content, Funnels & Landing Pages
- Research trends, competitors, and best-performing luxury-watch ads
- Collaborate on landing page development and funnel optimisation
- Guide content creation for UGC, short-form videos, testimonials, and product showcases
- Build conversion-focused marketing flows from click → lead → sale
Lead Management & Reporting
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
- Track platform performance and lead sources
- Provide insights to improve quality, conversion rates, and creative direction
- Work closely with the internal team to align marketing with sales
Strategy & Growth
- Identify scaling opportunities and new platform strategies
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and paid media best practices
- Influence the brand’s long-term marketing direction as the company grows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience running paid ads on at least two major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Working understanding of pixels, GA4, tags, and event tracking
- Ability to build landing pages and conversion-focused funnels
- Research-driven and highly organised
- Experience in e-commerce or lead-gen (bonus)
- Comfortable presenting insights clearly
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in luxury, fashion, watches, jewellery, or high-ticket products
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
- Familiarity with Typeform, Shopify, or CRM tools
