Job summary

Costa Coffee in St Albans, UK is seeking a Junior Test Analyst to deliver high-quality test scripts, execute tests, and coordinate UAT with business users. You will maintain test assets in Azure DevOps and help drive test automation initiatives using Selenium.

The role requires around 3 years of software testing experience, hands-on use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/CE testing, and strong analytical and communication skills. It is a hybrid position in the St Albans office three days a week.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE testing.
• Experience coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong experience using Azure DevOps Test Plans for test management and reporting.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect management, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing across enterprise applications.
• Coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders, including test planning, scheduling, execution tracking, and sign-off management.
• Create, update, and maintain test cases, test scripts, test results, and traceability records in Azure DevOps.
• Monitor and report testing progress, defects, risks, and quality metrics through dashboards and status reports.
• Log, track, and retest defects to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium to support regression testing.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure testing deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and test automation coverage.
