Sparta Global is seeking passionate individuals to start a tech career through a full-time, remote Academy training path. Upon completion, you’ll be deployed as a Spartan consultant to work with client partners on business solutions projects.

Throughout the journey you’ll gain hands-on experience, coaching, and opportunities to level up into roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, PMO, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.

• Interest in technology and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Willingness to relocate or commute for client deployments
