Job summary

DAC Beachcroft is seeking a junior Disputes Lawyer to support technology liability claims and cyber & data risk within our Commercial Dispute Resolution team in the Bristol region.

You will work on breach notifications, data privacy matters and growth of the practice, with supervision from leading practitioners and close collaboration with clients and colleagues.

The role offers exposure to high-profile matters in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within a professional liability/commercial disputes practice.
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for matters.
• Good communication, relationship and client handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients in a supportive environment.
• Help deliver knowledge of key issues and provide meaningful advice to clients.
• Support on breach notifications and data risk incidents.
