The Job Role

We are seeking a Junior Technical Support Assistant to join our technical services team. This is an ideal position for someone early in their IT career who wants to develop their skills in a collaborative international environment. You will provide first-line support primarily in Spanish, with occasional internal communications in English.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to internal and external users (email/phone/ticketing).
• Troubleshoot support issues with guidance from the team.
• Support internal users with MS Office tools, Windows OS, and basic network queries.
• Document support interactions and contribute to knowledge base updates.
• Collaborate with the team on user setup and small projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree or vocational training in IT, Systems Administration, or related fields, obtained within the last 3 years.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish (written and oral).
• English level B1–B2 (able to read documentation and hold basic technical conversation).
• Familiarity with Windows environments; interest in learning about Microsoft Server and Active Directory / Entra.
• Organized, reliable, and enthusiastic to grow within the company.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure (academic, internship, or work experience) to helpdesk, IT support, or tech troubleshooting.
• Exposure to SQL Server, IIS, or virtualization (academic or project-based).
• Experience with support ticketing systems or remote tools.
