Blue Diamond Recruitment is supporting a privately owned West Midlands house builder to recruit a Trainee or Assistant Technical Coordinator. You will gain exposure to the technical and development processes from design through to site delivery in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Interest in residential development and house-building, with a proactive learning attitude.
• Organised approach with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to liaise with internal teams and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical team with progression of residential development projects.
• Assist with due diligence, site constraints, and early-stage investigations.
• Coordinate information with utilities, highways, and other third parties.
