Whether you’re a recent graduate or have some experience in technical writing or administration, this role offers the chance to develop your expertise and make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Technical Administration: Managing inboxes, validating customer accounts, updating support cases, and helping users access technical documents.
  • Document Migration & Editing: Assisting in the migration of technical publications, editing documents using PTC Arbortext and FrameMaker, and updating illustrations in IsoDraw.
  • Technical Authoring: Supporting the creation and maintenance of aerospace documentation in line with industry standards.

You’ll receive guidance and training to help you succeed, while contributing to real-world projects that support mission‑critical operations.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, organized, and has a keen eye for detail. Some experience or familiarity with the following is helpful, but not essential:

  • Case management systems
  • SGML editing tools (e.g., Arbortext)
  • Adobe FrameMaker
  • Technical illustration software (e.g., IsoDraw)
  • Customer service or administrative experience
