Habasit is looking to recruit a Graduate Capacity / Production Planner to join our Operations team in Elland. This permanent, full-time opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career within production planning, manufacturing operations, and supply chain management.

Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the successful candidate will support capacity planning and production scheduling activities using SAP, while acting as a key link between Customer Care and Fabrication teams.

The role offers structured on-the-job training, SAP coaching, and mentorship from experienced operational managers.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting daily production scheduling and capacity planning activities within SAP.
• Monitoring work centre capacity and identifying bottlenecks or under‑utilisation.
• Reviewing and prioritising production orders in line with customer requirements and available capacity.
• Maintaining and updating work centre master data and production routings within SAP.
• Participating in daily production meetings and supporting schedule adjustments in real time.
• Coordinating raw material availability and supporting production order release.
• Communicating order progress, schedule changes, and potential delays between Customer Care and Fabrication teams.
• Supporting stock monitoring and helping resolve material shortages.
