The Merchant Hotel in Belfast is seeking a dedicated Junior Sous Pastry Chef to join our award-winning pastry team. You will contribute to high-standard pastry production, menu development, and training junior staff in a world-class kitchen.

We expect a minimum of two years running a pastry section, solid HACCP knowledge, and a commitment to excellence. Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in a kitchen discipline and experience as a Junior Sous Pastry Chef.
