Job summary

Plaza Khao Gaeng, part of JKS Restaurants, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join Speedboat Bar’s team. The candidate will deliver high-quality, innovative dishes, work closely with the senior team, and help manage the kitchen operation in a fast-paced environment.

The role suits someone passionate about Thai-Asian cuisine with a creative, detail-oriented mindset. Experience as a Junior Sous or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant is preferred, with a strong focus on health and safety

Qualifications

• Experience as Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant.
• Passion for Asian and/or Thai cuisine.
• Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce.
• Creative approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage, train and motivate a kitchen brigade.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high quality and innovative dishes across operations.
• Support senior team and assist in managing overall kitchen operation.
