Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a unique destination venue in Hampshire – a stylish spot that celebrates the very best of modern British dining and relaxed, quality hospitality.

This is more than just a restaurant. With a vibrant all-day menu, seasonal specials, and private events that bring together enthusiasts and food lovers alike, the venue has quickly become one of the county’s most talked-about hospitality spaces.

The role comes with daytime hours between Monday and Friday, with some weekend days for planned events, so you will be able to maintain a healthy work life balance.

  • Daytime hours – Mon 9am – 5:30pm
  • Free on-site parking

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated chef to take a key role in the brigade — someone who’s as passionate about producing great plates as they are about supporting their team and maintaining a smooth kitchen operation.

Responsibilities
