A leading catering company is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join their team at the Royal Opera House in London. You'll support the head chef, lead kitchen staff, and ensure high food quality standards. Location: WC2E 9DD
Salary: £13.85 per hour, plus tronc in total £17.00 - £20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week – 5 days our of 7, shifts between 09:00am and latest finish 10:30pm (rota basis), flexibility is a must
