A leading catering company in London is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to enhance the café experience through creative menu development and efficient food service. The ideal candidate should have experience in contract catering or cafes, a focus on food safety and sustainability, and excellent time-management skills. Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum and various employee benefits are included.

Location:WC1H 9JZ
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm, you will be required to support in hospitality so additional hours will be available as overtime, some flexibility is required
