Known on the high street for our outstanding all day dining menus and speciality coffee, we extend our expertise beyond restaurants into the workplace, including coffee bars, events, and meeting room catering.

We are currently recruiting for a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef with experience in high-end events and corporate hospitality to join our dynamic team. This is a chance to craft culinary masterpieces and take a leading role in the development of the hospitality offer at one of London’s premier B&I sites.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Craft culinary masterpieces: Take charge of our hospitality offering and bring your knowledge and enthusiasm to the development of new recipes and concepts
  • Lead with confidence: Take a proactive approach in coaching junior team members and inspiring the next generation of leaders
  • Drive excellence: Take accountability for client satisfaction, always looking to add that little spark that makes our events stand out from the crowd
  • Support your Head Chef: Collaborate closely to maintain the high standards of our kitchen

To be successful in this role you’ll :

  • Have a strong background in contract catering at a Senior CDP / Junior Sous Chef level
  • Be experienced in event catering, with an exceptional eye for detail
  • Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a professional attitude
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills, with a positive and collaborative approach to your work
  • Be presentable, organised and tech-savvy, with a solid career path
