Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Head / Sous Chef.
• Assist in the development and planning of menus.
• Ensure the food quality is at its highest standard.
• Motivate and lead the chef team to maintain high performance.
• Assist with stock taking when required.
• Maintain food safety and health and safety procedures.
