Junior Sous – Country Club

Location: Bromley / Hayes – South East London / Kent

Salary: £34,000 - 39,000

This long-established Country Club style operation are currently going through a radical change programme and are looking to double their business over the next two years. They are currently looking for Junior Sous Chef or Senior CDP to play a major part in delivering to their vision. This role will suit a Junior CDP or established Junior Sous Chef that will bring experience of delivering high standard function and event catering.

Responsibilities

As the Junior Sous Chef, you will be bringing innovation, quality and attention detail. The Junior Sous Chef will run banqueting to a high level: dinners of 200+ and events of up to 500. We are looking for a quality hands on Junior Sous Chef who is not only creative and passionate about delivering outstanding cuisine but also a strong inspirational character who thrives on change and improvement. You\'ll bring energy, vision, and the ability to elevate standards across all catering services.

Ideal candidate profile
  • Proven experience as a Senior CDP, CDP or Sous Chef with experience in conference and banqueting
  • Strong background in quality banqueting and events
  • Creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about food trends
  • Confident managing budgets, stock, suppliers, and compliance
