• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in premium or fine-dining environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Lead sections during service, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Coach and motivate junior chefs, foster a positive kitchen culture.
• Ensure dishes align with Hell’s Kitchen brand and menu standards.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and allergen compliance.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and waste management.
