  • Participate in the menu change process alongside the Executive Chefs, contributing to a unique culinary experience.
  • Speed and precision at the pass will be your hallmark.
  • Ensure every dish is perfect, adhering to the Group's recipes and standards.
OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
  • You are the Chef's right hand, ensuring everything is impeccable: compliance with hygiene standards, a well‑organized team, and checks always aligned with objectives.
  • Manage Food Costs like a true leader: zero waste, flawless inventories, and always on‑time orders.
  • Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
