The Role

We\'re seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef/Chef De Partie to join our kitchen. Working alongside the Head and Sous Chef, you\'ll help lead the team, prepare quality dishes, and maintain high culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
  • Support senior chefs in daily operations
  • Supervise and train junior team members
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health standards
  • Manage stock rotation and minimise waste
  • Keep kitchen areas clean and organised
About You
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
  • Knowledgeable in professional cookery, fine dining and 5-star service
  • Passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Positive, hands-on attitude
  • Food hygiene certification preferred
