This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to take the next step in their career within a kitchen renowned for its creativity, quality, and consistency.

As Junior Sous Chef, You Will:
  • Assist in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth, efficient service.
  • Be innovative, committed, and passionate about food, ingredients, and presentation.
  • Maintain exceptional quality and consistency with a professional “can‑do” attitude.
  • Support the Head Chef in operational decisions, improvements, and menu development.
  • Lead by example while mentoring junior chefs and ensuring HACCP and allergen compliance.
  • Take pride in upholding The Beach Company standards and values.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well‑organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem‑solving skills under pressure.
  • Take responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
