A charming country inn in Stow-on-the-Wold is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join their team. In this full-time role, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, preparing fresh dishes and maintaining kitchen standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong knife skills and experience in a similar environment. Competitive pay along with service charges and numerous perks are offered.

Location: Set in the heart of one of the most picturesque Cotswold villages, The Slaughters Country Inn offers the authentic charm of a traditional village inn. With 5 AA Gold Stars for Guest Accommodation and 2 AA rosettes, the inn provides a relaxed yet professional environment. Staff accommodation may be offered to help new members relocate, and there is free parking on‑site.
SERVICE CHARGE: We pay our team service charge each month. This pot is shared 100% amongst all staff; service charge can be around £260 a month (about £3,200 per year) over and above base pay, for a full‑time employee.

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work with the Head Chef & Sous Chef to run a busy kitchen, creating exciting and delicious dishes for our guests.
