About the Role

As Junior Sous Chef youll play a key part in supporting the kitchen teamstepping up in the absence of the Sous or Head Chef to help direct operations ensure consistency and deliver our delicious dishes with pride.

Youll take a hands‑on role in daily food preparation team support and ensuring high standards across kitchen cleanliness quality and safety. Youll also assist with inventory management compliance and motivating the team to meet performance and service standards.

Youll help coach and mentor the brigade to deliver best‑in‑class food while supporting the leadership team with the smooth running of the kitchen whether its for a bustling restaurant service or a standout event experience.
