With no evenings shifts and Christmas Day, Boxing Day and easter Sunday off you also receive a fair share of weekends off too. This JUNIOR SOUS position provides an excellent opportunity for you to do the job you love whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance!
Salary: £24,000
Shift times – Straights with evenings off.
Contracted hours: 36 hours - 45 hours a week, plus paid overtime.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will work with the Sous Chef / Head Chef to ensure the day to day operation of the restaurant runs smoothly and customers are equally delighted by both our service and food.
