Job summary

Nell's Pizza in Manchester is seeking a Junior Sous Pizza Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. You’ll help lead the team, support the Sous and Head Chef, and ensure every pizza meets our high standards while staying hands-on with dough, toppings and ovens.

You'll mentor new starters, uphold food hygiene, and step in for senior leaders when needed. If you love pizza, fast-paced service, and delivering smiles with every slice, join Nell's and grow with us.

As a Junior Sous Pizza Chef, you'll be right in the heart of the action - helping lead the kitchen team and delivering the Nell's experience with every slice. You'll support the Sous and Head Chef in running smooth, efficient services, while mentoring the team, keeping the energy high, and making sure every pizza is to our pizza perfect standards!

You'll still be hands-on with dough, toppings, and ovens - but you'll also play a key part in quality control, training new starters, maintaining high food hygiene standards, and stepping up in the absence of senior leaders.
