Our client is a luxury and busy country hotel in the Milton Keynes area who are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef. You will be working with all fresh produce to prepare a la carte restaurant meals as well as weddings and functions. You will be part of a busy kitchen team and manage service and encourage junior chefs in the Executive Chef's absence. The role offers 5 straight shifts per week plus overtime.
