Holroyd Howe, a leading UK contract caterer for independent schools, is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for Brambletye School, East Grinstead. You will support the Head Chef, help deliver daily meals and special events, and help maintain high standards and allergen controls across all menus.

Job description

Job Title: Junior Sous Chef

Location: Brambletye School, Lewes Road, East Grinstead, RH19 3PD

Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Plus

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 41.2 working weeks per year (paid over 46.2 weeks, including holiday entitlement)

About the role

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at Brambletye School. You’ll support food preparation, help maintain high standards, and play a vital role in the delivery of daily meals and special events.

You will be joining Holroyd Howe, one of the UK’s leading contract caterers, providing fresh innovative food services solely to independent schools and colleges.
