Junior Sous Chef

Brat is an open‑fire kitchen restaurant where fantastic sourcing and grill/wood oven‑based cooking are at the heart of everything we do. Inspired by the coastal towns of the Basque country and chef Tomos Parry’s Welsh heritage, our menu changes frequently‑as does our 250+ wine list. We're seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Team!

What you’ll be doing:

• Running your section - fully prepped, fully organised, nothing missing when the tickets roll in.
• Making sure dishes leave the pass on time, on spec, and at the quality Super 8 is known for.
• Supporting and mentoring CDPs showing them how it's done in the heat of service and during prep.
• Keeping a close eye on quality: taste, presentation, consistency, hygiene.
• Working as part of the senior kitchen team to keep the whole operation tight and efficient.
• Contributing ideas - from new dishes to better processes - and being part of menu development.
