We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at ROKA Mayfair. As a key member of our back‑of‑house leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional culinary excellence, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. Our Junior Sous Chef are dedicated, hands‑on and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, upholding ROKA’s high standards. You will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and a seamless guest experience.

Our Ideal Junior Sous Chef
  • Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef, in a quality restaurant
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team
  • Previous experience in Japanese cuisine (preferred but not required)
  • Eager to learn and develop both yourself and your team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi‑task
