About 16K Agency

16K Agency is a creative and social agency specialising in Formula 1, motorsport content, and high-performing social media. We work with leading global brands, sponsors, teams and talent across F1 to produce standout video content, social campaigns, and storytelling that moves fast and cuts through.

We thrive in high-pressure environments, deliver at pace, and consistently push the standard of social content in motorsport.

The Role

This role is perfect for a junior social producer who is chronically online, loves content creation, understands trends, and has hands‑on experience filming and editing for TikTok and Instagram.

You will support the day‑to‑day running of client social channels, but with a bigger emphasis than a typical executive role on planning, producing, coordinating shoots and managing the smooth flow of content from concept → shoot → edit → upload.

You’ll work closely with the social team, content creators, and strategists to ensure content is organised, on‑brand, timely, and creatively strong.

This position gives a junior social creative the rare opportunity to work:

  • on global social channels,
  • with major brands and talent,
  • in the world of Formula 1,
  • while gaining experience in both strategy and production,
  • and working alongside a senior team who will help elevate your skills.

If you want to be exposed to global brands and events as a social creative, get hands‑on production experience, and play a meaningful role in shaping content for some of the biggest brands in motorsport this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Coordination
  • Support the planning of weekly and monthly social calendars aligned with client objectives and marketing moments.
  • Coordinate social media‑focused shoots with creators, drivers, or talent.
  • Maintain an organised pipeline of upcoming content, ideas, shoots, and deliverables.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and content moves smoothly through the workflow.
  • Create and maintain creative briefs, presentations and storyboards.
Content Creation & Production
  • Film, shoot and edit short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms onsite and around the world.
  • Assist in producing platform‑native videos using iPhone, DSLR, and various tools.
  • Capture reactive content during events or F1 race weekends.
  • Maintain a bank of trending sounds, formats, and ideas ready to execute for various clients.
Social Execution & Posting
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
  • Write captions and social copy aligned with platform tone and client brand voice.
  • Engage with communities by responding to comments and messages where needed.
  • Ensure all content is uploaded correctly, tagged, and optimised for performance.
Trend, Creator & Cultural Research
  • Research daily trends, platform behaviours, and emerging formats across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and creator spaces.
  • Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions based on cultural and platform insight.
  • Conduct basic competitor analysis and social listening.
Organisation & Content Management
  • Organise content libraries, Dropbox folders, and assets for shoots and edits.
  • Distribute final content to the social, creative, design and client teams as required.
  • Support the team with ad‑hoc tasks during campaigns, launches, collaborations, and activations.
Reporting & Insights
  • Assist with monthly and weekly reporting, helping identify what performed and why.
  • Track basic analytics to inform future content planning.
  • Flag emerging conversations, risks, or opportunities relevant to clients.
