Bellrock is the trusted challenger in UK property services. Driven by insights, powered by technology, and delivered by talented people, we are redefining how real estate is managed.
Since 2003, our people-first and technology-led approach has helped organisations across the UK transform their estates into high-performance, sustainable environments. Through our integrated service model, spanning Technologies, Consulting, Critical Engineering & Jordon, and Intelligent Asset Care, we deliver compliance, quality, and operational excellence while reducing cost and carbon impact.
Our award-winning Concerto IWMS platform, together with mobile solutions from Mobiess and energy analytics from InMetriks, enables smart, data-led estate management at scale.
This employer principally acts to advise clients and professional specifiers, all over the UK, on the condition of structures, through inspection and testing of the building fabric. They have a strong knowledge base on concrete, brickwork, as well as fenestration, cladding, and the other external fabric building materials.
In house suitably trained Engineers often abseil, and the knowledge of concrete and its deterioration is particularly strong, this being their original core business. The engineers travel all over the UK and transport to site is provided from the office. Responsibilities include carrying out on-site inspections in small teams and other site works associated with the service provided, and (depending on experience) assisting with and writing the reporting associated with these tasks. The work is often outdoors and sometimes involves abseiling so industrial roped access training will be offered after you have completed sufficient training in the testing of elements – 6-12 months.
If you are looking for a practical and fast moving environment that can offer you long term career prospects, then this may be the opportunity for you.
On site hours Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.00pm (half an hour for lunch). Plus travel.
The opportunity to join a growing and niche market where you will be well paid and where the career prospects and opportunities for personal development are exciting. We are part of a larger group and sometimes work with other companies within the group.
The company is looking for someone who is practically minded and wants to work in various locations around the UK in the construction industry. Training is available. This may be the perfect job for a person with qualifications in Construction and the Built Environment but, also for someone who would like to follow this course on a part time basis whilst working.
Full on the job training (including abseiling and Health & Safety training) and if appropriate, day release for accredited training.
