A unique opportunity has arisen for a motivated neonatal nurse to work in a cutting‑edge service of the Connect NW Neonatal Transport Service serving the NW region. You will role model high standards of care to patients and their families and strive for continuing excellence in all areas. You’ll have plenty of scope for development, including the opportunity to enhance your leadership and clinical skills, and you’ll play a key role in the provision of high‑quality care during transport.

As a Neonatal Transport Nurse you will undertake emergency and elective neonatal transfers as part of a team of Medical, ANNP, Nursing and Ambulance staff based at the brand new operational centre in Warrington. In addition to providing skilled neonatal nursing care, you will have a flexible and proactive approach to help drive improvements in the new service. As a qualified neonatal nurse with proven experience in a neonatal intensive care setting, you’ll also have a mentoring qualification and a high level of clinical expertise. You will be capable of managing your workload and supervising that of others, and you’ll have a flexible approach with strong communication skills.

The post will be available on a part time or full‑time basis within Neonatal Transport.
